Market Lab Final Presentations

After three months of work, the teams were brought together for a final presentation and poster session with representatives of sponsoring company. After a welcoming speech by the Market Lab faculty mentor Prof. Chatterjee, each team gave a one minute pitch on their project, their methods and why the audience should inspect their poster.
After hearing marketing pitches for companies such as MKS Designs, Mercedes Benz, NPR and Verizon, everyone adjourned to a poster session where member of each team explained their project and marketing process in detail. Among the audience and questioners were five judges taken from industry and MIT staff. Their task was to try to selective the top five projects. The results aren't out yet but it was generally agreed that the competition this term was stiff.
