The Sloan community is full of great ideas about how we can improve classes, SloanPoint, and so on. This year, the Senate made good progress on implementing them; it upgraded the Idea Drive, got electronic distribution of class calendars, and organized the charity auctions.
As candidates for Senate Co-Presidents, we want this progress to go into overdrive. But we don't believe that can happen as the Senate is currently organized. By refining the Senate's structure, we think we can get stronger results. Here's what the Senate would look like if we were elected:

•? More prioritized - The list of things to be done is long and growing (check out our flyers if you want to see what we think should happen). Early on, we'd identify the biggest student issues, use laser-like focus to make the top few happen, and then work down the list.
•? More accountable - With classes, recruiting, and activities competing for time, senate work can get delayed when other deadlines get in the way. We'll make sure that every Senator has clear deliverables and deadlines, so that their focus stays on the job.
•? More transparent - How many of you actually know what happens in the Senate, or even what it does? Under our leadership, you'll know what we're doing, how we're doing it, and when it will be done.

Vote for us for Senate Co-Presidents; we'll make your ideas a reality.
